As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll support the Property and Facilities Managers in delivering high-quality property management services while helping ensure our assets operate smoothly and continue to provide an exceptional tenant experience. This is a part time opportunity (3-4 days per week).
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the day to day management of the portfolio, including tenant liaison, lease administration, property inspections and coordination of tenancy documentation
- Assist with financial administration including monthly reporting, tenant recharges, rent reviews and supporting the management of tenant arrears
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate tenant records, support audit processes and contribute to property budgets, valuations and reporting
- Assist with tenant engagement initiatives and collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to deliver programs and events across the assets
- Work closely with the General Manager/Property Manager to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities
- Complete regular inspections of assign assets
What you bring:
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate property environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship building skills
- An interest in building a long term career in commercial property
- An understanding of property fundamentals
