As our Senior Applications Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our business-critical systems run smoothly while helping drive continuous improvement across our technology landscape. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing expert application support, delivering enhancements, and translating business needs into practical solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for business applications, resolving incidents, service requests and system issues.
- Manage the operational health and ongoing administration of key business systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Lead application enhancements and change requests from analysis through to implementation and testing.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure solutions are effective, maintainable and aligned to business objectives.
- Identify recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high-quality system documentation, knowledge bases and training materials to support users.
- Contribute to process improvement and future-state solution design across business applications.
What you bring:
- 3–6 years' experience in a Business Applications, Systems Analyst, Application Support or IT Operations role.
- Experience working within Commercial Property is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Experience managing competing priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning new technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Office 365, SharePoint and SQL.
- Knowledge of ERP or property industry systems such as Yardi, MRI or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and CRM implementations is desirable.
