The role

We're looking for a Transformation Analyst to join our Transformation team early in their career. You'll help us improve how we work across people, process and systems. You'll learn business analysis from the ground up, work on real projects across the business and see the impact of your work.

You don't need to have all the answers. We're looking for someone curious, keen to learn and happy to dig into problems with others. You'll work alongside experienced team members who'll back you as you build your skills and confidence.

This is a maximum-term contract with the opportunity to become permanent.

What you'll do

• Ask questions and map how things work: Learn how teams across the business operate, map current-state processes and spot where things could be simpler, faster or less risky.
• Help design better ways of working: Work with the team and stakeholders to shape future-state processes and system improvements that are practical and make sense for the people using them.
• Work with people across the business: Help run workshops, gather input and keep stakeholders informed, especially when the way they work is changing.
• Help deliver change: Support business analysis across initiatives and take on more ownership of workstreams as your experience grows.
• Experiment with AI and digital tools: Explore how AI, automation and digital tools can improve our workflows, insights and decision-making, and share what you learn with the team.

What you'll bring

• Curiosity about how businesses work and a drive to make them work better
• A degree (completed or nearly completed) in business, commerce, operations, organisational psychology, change management, service design, property, industrial engineering or a related field
• Some exposure to analysis, process improvement or change, through an internship, part-time work, a uni project or a side project. Tell us about it, whatever the setting
• A logical approach to problems, with a knack for bringing structure to messy situations
• Confidence talking/building rapport with people at different levels, and you listen as well as you speak
• An interest in technology, and the ability to explain it in plain language
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, and genuine enthusiasm for finding new ways to use them
• A growth mindset: you're open to feedback, happy to try things and comfortable learning as you go
